Cultivating Happiness. Cultivate inner-strengths for a lasting sense of well-being, such as confidence, resiliency, gratitude, and compassion. Actively reduce anxiety, fear, and judgment. Learn to “take in the good” of your life and hardwire your brain away from what neuropsychologists call the brain’s “negativity bias.”
